After acquiring EMC, Dell Technologies needed sales and channel collateral for its new line of Dell EMC Ready Solutions. Working with new brand guidelines, our graphic designers created the look for the briefs, brochures, flyers and other collateral we’d be producing, then locked it down with new design templates.
Our writers compiled, wrote, and edited copy for several highly complex technical solutions. And our proofreaders ensured adherence to the client’s editorial style preferences. Finally, our production designers laid out a huge volume of high-quality collateral with unbeatable efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The right systems and tools
We designed 14 templates to keep the new Dell Technologies collateral on brand and visually enticing and approachable. To keep the many project pieces in order, we created a special document ID system. And our in-house editing team created the editorial guide for its proofreading work.
Writing, design, production, management
We held more than 20 separate project kickoffs, wrote and proofread copy, provided both graphic and production design, and managed all projects.
In total, we created 142 pieces of Dell Technologies collateral—including sales guides, solution overviews, customer presentations, sales reference cards, vertical sales and customer briefs, specifications guides, data sheets, flyers, and brochures.
