On most days, most of us work here in our Nashua office. There’s flexibility around arrival and departure times, doctor appointments, daycare drop-offs, and so forth. We hire great people and trust them to deliver great work on time while they live their lives. We’re not much into authoritarian-style management, handholding, or micromanaging.

We use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and Workamajig to keep ourselves productive, efficient, and fast. And we do move fast. The most successful MarketReachers are good at staying cool while dealing with tight deadlines. (Thinking of a tight deadline you once met? Yeah, we mean tighter than that.)

We sometimes band together to do good. We’ve done pro bono work for charities. We donate food, clothing, and toys. We’ve sponsored youth sports leagues, run and walked together in charity road races, and helped to clean up public parks.
